Berkley Resort comprises of a small enclave of private villas and houses
set in a quiet gated community within 10 minutes drive of
Disney's Main
Gate. The resort is ideally situated to give you the best of both
Worlds, on the one hand it is very secluded and quiet and on the other
it is close enough to bars and restaurants for your enjoyment.
Just
off the popular Highway 192 where you will find many attractions such as
Old Town, Water Mania, Medieval Times and many shops, restaurants, bars
etc., Lake Berkley Resort is one of the most exclusive and sought after
spots in the area. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars each year
to maintain the beautiful surroundings of our resort and are very proud
of how Lake Berkley Resort looks.
A 2000
sq. ft. clubhouse, fitness room, boating lake, nature trails, tennis /
volleyball courts, communal swimming pool, BBQ area, children's play
area and beach are just a sample of what Lake Berkley Resort has to
offer to make your Florida vacation a little bit special. The main lake
has been stocked with a variety of fish if you are into Angling but
beware, as with most Florida Resorts we have our own Florida Alligators
lurking in the lakes, hence fishing is only allowed from the pier.
Located
within a 15 minute walk from Lake Berkley Resort you will find a 24 hour Wal-Mart
store where you can get all of your food and basic essentials together
with pretty much anything you can think of for your holiday, all at
incredibly cheap prices compared to the UK.
Lake
Berkley Resort maintains a 24 hour security guard at the main gates to welcome
guests and point them in the right direction. Inside the clubhouse you
will find internet access and computer for your connection to the
outside world!! plus pool tables and gaming machines.
