Our Kissimmee villa is furnished to the best possible taste and combines all you need for that truly wonderful Florida vacation. We have recently added a games room and High Speed Wireless Internet connection for everyone to enjoy just in case the Florida weather takes a turn for the worst (it does sometimes happen !!) We have full air conditioning with additional ceiling fans for added comfort and a heated pool and spa for those lazy days around the pool. You can even have a barbeque if you feel the need.

The resort is also full of activities such as basketball, volleyball, clubhouse with games and internet facilities and also the picturesque walks around the lakes. If you are looking for a Disney villa on a gated community then Lake Berkley Resort Florida  in Kissimmee is the place for you. It is extremely quiet yet only a short distance from a 24 hour Wal-Mart store and the many restaurants and pubs on Highway 192 which is the main thoroughfare in Kissimmee.

If you do not want to venture out for a drink you can always call in at the poolside Tiki bar on the Hapimag resort which is on our complex and 5 minutes walk from our villa. All guests are made welcome there from the friendly staff.
